FIRM HISTORY

In the spring of 2002, four partners at Wilshire Associates, Inc. purchased the equity portion of Wilshire's asset management division and started their own investment management firm—Los Angeles Capital Management. All of the employees came to L.A. Capital as a team from the asset management division of Wilshire Associates, Inc, where they were wholly responsible for Wilshire's equity management and operations. The philosophy, experience, and dedication of L.A. Capital's professional staff are practiced and time-tested. With over thirty years of investment experience, the partners of L.A. Capital bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the new firm.
